Several of us met Van last week, and we liked him very much. Obviously, he's one of the good guys, so if you'd like to help him out, feel free.

Dear Friends:

Tomorrow, the Democrat Party of Wisconsin is planning to submit recall petitions against me and three of my Senate Republican colleagues, finally putting an end to the intrusive, baseless signature gathering effort they launched over two months ago.



While the majority of voters in the 21st Senate District refused to sign a recall petition against me the Democrats claim they have enough valid signatures to trigger a recall election that will take place later this year.



I have dozens of volunteers ready and waiting to inspect every last signature that is turned in to ensure fraud is rooted out and citizens who chose not to sign do not have their voice cancelled out by someone who chose to sign multiple times.



This process is tedious, time-consuming, and expensive! Please consider donating $500, $250, $100, or $50 or whatever you can afford to my campaign to help us buy highlighters, pens, clipboards, and other supplies necessary to launch a full-scale review of thousands of signatures.



My supporters will not accept the recall petitions at face value, and are demanding they are given a chance to make sure “Mickey Mouse” didn’t endorse an expensive, frivolous recall against me.



Again, please consider donating what you can so we have the resources available for the signature verification effort that is so crucial to protecting the integrity of the democratic process.
