Why did the Muslim Terrorists strike on 9/11?

One word; history.

The Crusades were a brutal time in world history, Four times over several centuries the Christian world was at war with the Muslim hordes.  Two little remembered battles, both on September 11th or 12th, in the late 1600's, were won by Christians, stopping the Muslim advance further into Europe.  Those defeats were humilating and devastating to the followers of Allah.

One thing we need to understand about Mohammed's followers. They are a patiet, relentless adversary. They will not stop until the world is theirs. We are in the 5th Crusade, it's just that most people are in denial about this.  Or in the case of the Leftists, they beleive global warming, er cooling, I mean climate change, is a bigger threat to civilization. But that's another topic for another day.

In the meantime, my guess is that WWIII won't be a political war, it will be a holy war. History tells us so.
