Don't forget to say thank you when a politician does the right thing!!!

Jim Ott is an Assemblyman from Wisconsin's 23rd District (not my Assemblyman). Those of you from Southeastern WI know Jim from his years as Chief Meteorologist on WTMJ and Channel 4. With this background, I would submit that Jim was the main reason that our Democratic led State Senate, State Assemby, and Governor did not pass what would have been a crippling global warming bill that would have sent what little manufacturing we have left packing. Jim used REAL science, not junk science, to lead the debate, and despite being in the minority, the GOOD GUYS won!

Below is my note to Jim, and his gracious response. I know it's time-consuming, but please, when you can, let the pols know when they do the right thing too, not just when they do the wrong thing.

And fellow Cheeseheads, lets get people like Jim Ott some help this November, and take back the Governorship with the incredible Scott Walker, and people like Leah Vuikmer, and others. --Paul

Mr. Osen,

Thank you for your very kind note. This was definitely a team effort and I’m so glad for Wisconsin that things worked out.

Hi Jim,

While I don’t live in your district, I wanted to thank you for your great efforts in defeating all these crappy ideas from becoming law. You are a hero, so thank you for that. Your work to snuff out the terrible global warming bill is greatly appreciated by people from the entire state!

Thank you, and best wishes,

Paul Osen
