This from our good friend Jeff Wagner. I'm not very concerned about the final outcome either, but the problem is the process. Activist leftist judges in Dane County literally striking down anything and everything they don't agree with POLITICALLY. This judicial activism is at the core of the battle for not only Wisconsin, but America.
The Judicial Branch is supposed to interpret law, not circumvent it. Leftist judges, whether they be in the ridculous 9th Circus (pun intended) in San Francisco, or the People's Republic of Madison, or even the SCOTUS in Washington D.C., are going way beyond their scope outlined by the Founding Fathers (who they view with contempt as ancient relics of the past by the way). If a law is unconstitutional that's one thing. But if they simply disagree with it for political reasons, which is clearly the case here in Wisconsin, that is completely unacceptable. Thank goodness we elected Justice Prosser in 2011, or we would be in serious trouble here.
Just an FYI, Justice Roggensack, one of the 4 Conservative-leaning judges on the Wisconsin Supreme Court, is up for re-election to another 10-year term in 2013 (April I believe?). Expect another all out war from the Leftists as they try to overthrow everything Scott Walker has done, and will do, not through the will of the people, or the elected legislators, but through the Courts.
The battle never ends. They are relentless. So we must be as well.
