Turban Durbin’s Bank of America conflict of interest – Citigroup third largest donor to Durbin since 2007

Recently, Bank of America announced a $5 debit card fee thanks to the Marxist Dodd-Frank bill passed by Democrats (and some RINOs in the Senate) last year. Bank of America blamed the fee on a last minute amendment made to the bill by corrupt Chicago/Illinois Democrat Senator Dick Durbin. After news leaked out about this so called “Durbin amendment” was responsible for this new debit card fee, Durbin went batsh*t crazy and called for a run on the banks (of Bank of America.) I wonder if this has anything to do with the fact that Citigroup is the third largest donor to Dick Durbin so far this year? Open Secrets lists Durbin’s top 20 donors to his campaign committee so far since 2007. Bank of America which typically donates heavily to Democrats is no where to be found. But coming in at third place is Citigroup Inc.


I’m sure it’s just an amazing coincidence isn’t it?
