Wed, July 11th Event: Please consider attending this

Hello Gadsden Group members and WRD blog followers, please read and consider RSVP'ing for this event.

From Roy Catron of the Patriots for Honest Government:

Last week I was reminded that we get the government we ask for. The Supreme Court’s decision about healthcare sets the stage for the November election. I was disappointed as many were, but I realized that we are only going to set the direction of our country, state, and local government by being vigilant and active - we did not to get to the gates of socialism overnight. It has taken seventy-five years of small decisions to get here and it will take courage and work to turn the direction back to freedom and compassion. Free people are giving people. Free people work hard, take responsibility, and build families and communities. At our church we recognize our military each year with a great concert. This may be our chance to be soldiers of freedom for the next generation. I know many are tired and summer is a time for fun and family so our plan for a picnic this month can help us do just that. BUT we need to get an RSVP from all who plan on coming. Below is the information again:

Lets have a picnic on July 11th for all interested conservatives. Instead of our monthly meeting at Haskell’s lets have a picnic at “Acres of Hope.” Sheryl and Dan (a couple of our founding members of Patriots for Honest Government) thought this would be a good location for a summer picnic. “Acres of Hope,” is a local rehab center that helps those affected by brain injury and disability; tours will be available, if you are interested.
